Do you provide a refund guarantee?

Our refund policy is simple. If you aren't 100% satisfied at any point, we will refund you for the current billing cycle you are currently in (at any point in your relationship with us!).

So, for example, if you have been using our services for six and a half months and were no longer satisfied, email support@genysis.com.au to let us know (Because customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, we would also really appreciate your help in letting us know why you feel this way) and we will refund you for the current billing month that you are in. Simple, right?
